I knew this would happen. I mean it's thanksgiving and I didn't want to be stressed I really missed my family and just wanted to enjoy my vacation to cali.
The thing is though, on the way to the air port there was a sign ( literally & metaphorically) that said ANA in huge letters.
Well anyway Ana is def a part of me. Today I started again officially. Had a 110 cal protein bar and pieces of thicken and cottage cheese from a salad but I spit a lot of it into my napkin. Then went to work out at kickboxing for an hour.
Not weighing myself til Monday. Going to do well, and I have the scale right in front of my body mirror as a reminder that monday is coming soon.
